Troubleshooting

Enabling Javascript

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x

1) Open Internet Explorer

2) Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
Enable Javascript

3) Select the Security tab

4) Click Custom level button at the bottom right
Enable Javascript

5) Scroll to the bottom, and under Scripting, enable all options
Enable Javascript

6) Click OK

7) At the security prompt, click Yes
Enable Javascript

8) Click OK

9) Reload the browser

Mozilla Firefox 1.x and 2.x

1) Open Mozilla Firefox

2) Select Options from the Tools menu

3) Select the Content tab

4) Check Enable Javascript

5) Click OK

6) Reload the browser
